About Gary Kramer
Biography
Gary is a career specialist in employment law. He served as an attorney (Judge Advocate) on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, from which he retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Gary has represented clients in Colorado state and federal courts, and in administrative proceedings, including those before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Colorado Civil Rights Division, the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment, the National Labor Relations Board, and the U.S. Department of Labor (including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Mine Safety and Health Administration, and the Wage & Hour Division).
Gary counsels and represents employers in all legal matters involving their employees and helps them manage HR and legal risk throughout the increasingly complex landscape of Colorado and federal laws and regulations that govern the employment relationship. He helps employers manage effective compliance and prevention in compensation, workplace policies and employee handbooks, hiring, termination, performance management, and employment agreements. Gary handles and litigates legal claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, wage & hour and leave, trade secrets, noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, severance and separation agreements, breach of loyalty and fiduciary duty, and breach of contract.
