About Gary Albrecht

Gary is a career litigator with extensive experience in a variety of businesses and types of disputes in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. He has also served as general counsel for a publicly traded telecommunications company and for a privately held finance and marketing company, exposing Gary to the operations side of their wide-ranging business activities.

He combines strong litigation and trial skills with an understanding of the way businesses operate and the risks they face. He has represented corporations (both public and private), limited liability companies, partnerships, trusts, individuals and entrepreneurs in disputes arising in a variety of industries and business areas, including telecommunications, construction, banking, finance, real estate and manufacturing. His cases have included claims of breach of contract, fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, violations of non-compete and non-solicitation covenants, partnership issues, and statutory violations.
