About Gary Kramer
Gary is a career specialist in employment law. He served as an attorney (Judge Advocate) on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, from which he retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He helps employers manage effective compliance and prevention in compensation, workplace policies and employee handbooks, hiring, termination, performance management, and employment agreements. Gary handles and litigates legal claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, wage & hour and leave, trade secrets, noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, severance and separation agreements, breach of loyalty and fiduciary duty, and breach of contract.
