From 2021 to 2024, he served as CEO and General Counsel at BMG Pagosa, LLC, where he led legal oversight of cannabis industry real estate acquisitions and regulatory compliance. He previously served as General Counsel and COO at Ascendant Development Corp., and as General Counsel and SVP at CMC Group, Inc., overseeing legal operations for companies with annual project volumes exceeding $50 million.
