About Stacie Heinen

Stacie joined the Anton Ammar team in 2023 as a Paralegal and brings over 20 years of experience in both corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. In her role, she provides assistance to attorneys and clients with business formations, corporate compliance, due diligence reviews and closing checklist preparation and maintenance. In addition, she assists with a wide variety of corporate transactions including asset sales and purchases, aviation related transactions, ownership transfers and mergers.

Prior to joining Anton Ammar, Stacie worked as a Corporate Paralegal with a large firm based in Pennsylvania where she focused on corporate law as well as asset sales and purchases. Stacie received her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA accredited college in New Jersey.
