About Todd Kreeke

Todd Van De Kreeke is an experienced corporate paralegal who supports attorneys and clients in complex corporate and transactional matters, including entity formations, foreign qualifications, reorganizations, governance and compliance, record maintenance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is drawn to the pace and structure of transactional work and enjoys helping clients move seamlessly from planning to execution.

Todd also supports the firm’s private aviation practice, assisting with aircraft ownership and operating structures, title-holding company formations, escrow and closing coordination, FAA documentation, and private aviation agreements. He has supported transactions across multiple jurisdictions and maintains detailed corporate records for a growing portfolio of aviation entities. Colleagues and clients value his responsiveness, attention to detail, and his ability to support time-sensitive closings with consistency and precision.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys coaching youth hockey and spending time outdoors with his family.
